Problem or Issue?

We care about our customers and our products.  If you receive an order that leaks or is defective in any way, we will replace, repair, or exchange the item for you and cover the return shipping cost.  

Below are the details.  After reading the following conditions regarding Horn of Trouble returns, please contact us to submit an item for refund/return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Defective Item Exchange, Repair or Replace.

  • a photo of the issue

  • description of the issue

  • your order number or proof of purchase

  • contact information

  • whether you would like to exchange, replace or repair
